SHOW DAY AND TIMES: Sunday, June 2, 10:00, 2:00 and 6:00

There are 3 different shows. Each class is in one show only. Be sure you are looking at the correct class. Classes are listed by class name, day, and time.

Please see below to find out which show your class is in.

DRESS REHEARSAL SCHEDULE (At Noble High School)

Please read carefully!

1. Wear your costume, with all adjustments made, all accessories in place, proper shoes, and assigned hairstyles done neatly. If you are wearing a leotard & tights style costume, please do not wear underpants--in performance, your dance tights become your underwear!

2. Please remove all jewelry (other than newly pierced ear studs) and colored nail polish (don’t forget your toes if you are dancing barefoot).

3. Report to the Noble High School Auditorium and find your class’s designated row.

4. Watch rehearsal quietly and respectfully until a volunteer comes to take your class backstage.

5. If you have more than one dance, change in the bathroom or backstage area and then return to the audience.

6. You may leave as soon as your class has had its turn on stage, but you are also welcome to stay & watch.

7. Be sure you take all of your costume pieces and shoes with you when you go.

8. Dress rehearsal is mandatory for all aerial students.

TICKET SALES

*Tickets will go on sale once all volunteer jobs are filled (found on the bulletin board) to allow us time to issue free ticket codes.

Reserved Seating. All Seats: $20 per ticket for one show, $34 per ticket for both shows or $48 per ticket for all three shows. Tickets must be purchased online no tickets will be sold at the door.

Please note the following ticket policies:

• Anyone over the age of 2 must have a ticket for their own seat per the fire department.

• Students 10 & under who are only in ONE dance receive a free ticket for themselves to watch the other half of the show that they are not in. Students in multiple classes won’t have a free ticket because they will be in both halves of the show.

• Promo codes for these student tickets will be listed under your student resources in the portal and MUST be entered online when you purchase your tickets.

• Students ages 11+ will check-in at the beginning of the show and remain backstage until the show ends no matter how many dances they are in. If they are only in one half of the show they will have the option to sit with other students and a volunteer in the audience during the half they are not dancing.

• If you have an issue with your order contact Tututix directly (1-855-222-2849). If they say your code is invalid contact Alex and she’ll issue you a new one. Please do not order tickets and expect a refund because you didn’t use your code. You’ll need to contact Tututix with the new code to process that request. Every seat at Noble has a great view!

• We recommend that you plan ahead and purchase your tickets all at one time so you can keep your group together.

Tickets are non-refundable. Make sure you confirm which show your child is participating in before purchasing your tickets.

• If you’d like to earn free admission, sign up to be a volunteer! See the info below and on the studio bulletin board.

**Please note all Youth and Young Children’s classes MUST have an adult volunteer to watch them backstage. If you sign up to volunteer, you will be emailed a promo code for your free ticket which MUST be entered online when you purchase your tickets.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Sign-Up Sheet on the Bulletin Board

Teachers and staff are working tirelessly to put on an exciting show that celebrates the achievements of our young dancers. Each volunteer receives one free ticket to any show (except for ushers who can watch the show they usher). Only one free volunteer ticket per person is issued. We are seeking parent volunteers who would enjoy helping out with these very important jobs:

  • Dressing Room Supervisor - oversees the young dancers‘ dressing room and manages parent pick-ups.

(Each volunteer can only sign up for ONE class per show.

  • Stage Hands (line up dancers to go onstage, assist with props, and fast changes.)

  • Class Chaperones - accompanies and watches the class perform from the wings--a truly wonderful and unique perspective of your child’s performance! (You could also chaperone at another show and earn a ticket to the show your child is in!)

All volunteers who will be backstage or in the dressing rooms will need to have a background check done. If you have not had a background check done through the studio you need to pick up a form from the table by the bulletin board and return it to the front desk by Friday, April 14th so we can mail them to the state. If you are unsure if you have one on file please see the list on the bulletin board.
