All adult classes meet once a week see the schedule below for length of time that each class will meet. If the class is running for a short session the fee is due at the start of the session unless you make other arrangements with the office. If the class is running for a semester the tuition can be paid in full or it’s split into 4.5 installments between the two halves of the year.
Tuition & Payment Policy
Unless otherwise noted, all adult classes run in two independent sessions:
Semester 1: Late August to mid-January
Semester 2: Mid-January to end of May
Installment Tuition (4.5 Installments)
Tuition is divided into 4.5 monthly payments.
Payments are due by the 10th of each month.
All accounts must have a valid credit card on file and will be automatically enrolled in autopay.
Autopay will be processed on the 10th of each month.
If you prefer to pay by cash or check, select “E-payment Schedule: Do Not Bill” and ensure payment is received prior to the 10th.
The first tuition payment and any applicable administrative fees are due at the time of enrollment. If not paid, the card on file will be charged one week prior to the class start date.
To arrange initial payment by cash or check, email info@solecitydance.org or leave a comment on your registration form. A credit card is still required to remain on file.
Full Semester Tuition Option (1 Installment)
A single-payment option is available at registration.
To pay in full for the semester, select the “1 Payment” option at checkout.
Please note: We will manually post the full semester tuition to your account after your registration is received.
Late Payments & Fees
Payments not received by the 17th of the month will incur a $10 late fee.
Accounts more than 14 days past due will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Accounts with tuition more than 30 days overdue may be withdrawn from class. If the class has a waitlist, the spot may be forfeited.
A $35 fee applies to all returned checks.
Session-Based Adult Classes
For adult classes running a fixed number of weeks (e.g., 6- or 8-week sessions), full payment is due at registration.
To be eligible for a refund, written notice must be received at least one week before the session begins.
No refunds will be issued after that point.
We do not do make-ups for missed session based classes, as there are no alternative options to accommodate them.
We do not offer refunds, or credits for any missed classes in a session.
If the studio cancels a class for any reason, we will make every effort to provide a make-up class.
If a session has a waitlist and you have not paid for your spot, you may be removed from the roster, and your spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

Make-up Policy & Drop-ins
We offer make-up classes for missed semester-long sessions, as long as there is space available in a class of the same style. Make-ups must be scheduled through the front desk and completed within two weeks of the missed class. Please note that make-ups are not available for short session classes, as there are no alternative options to accommodate them.
Drop-ins are allowed for ongoing classes that are not full. To confirm availability, please call (603) 750-7777 or email reception@solecitydance.org. All drop-ins must be registered at least one business day in advance and paid for at the time of registration.

Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal and Tuition Policy
Upon registering for a half-year class, you are responsible for the full tuition unless you notify Sole City Dance in writing by emailing info@solecitydance.org at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Our billing cycle runs on the 10th of each month.
For example, to withdraw by November 10th, notice must be received by October 10th. If notice is given after October 10th, your withdrawal will take effect on December 10th, and you will be responsible for the full tuition for November.
For adult classes running in 7- or 8-week sessions, you may withdraw for a full refund up to one week before the start of the session.
In the event that in-studio classes must be paused due to a health emergency, we will transition to virtual instruction. The withdrawal policy remains unchanged. Please note that marking yourself absent in the portal or leaving a note does not constitute formal withdrawal—an official email is required.

We do offer multi-class discounts for the semester long classes. If you sign up for two classes running over the same semester you’ll receive 15% off each class, if you take 3 you’ll receive 18% off each class or if you take 4 classes you’ll receive 20% off each class. If you have a child that takes class your class also gets factored in with their multi-class discount.

Registration for session 1 will open on July 1st. The remaining sessions will be open to register three weeks before each session begins.
