Gentle Yoga:

Explores gentle movements to increase flexibility, strength, and well-being. Students are led through stretches, yoga postures and breathing practices, then guided into deep relaxation. Ideal for anyone who would like a gentle approach to practicing yoga.

Intermediate/Advanced Yoga:

This class is taught to all levels of strength and flexibility.  Poses will move through a progression, but modifications will be offered.  Students are encouraged to challenge themselves at a safe and effective level of practice.  Some prior knowledge of yoga is helpful.  We will work on tightening and toning the entire body, enhancing balance, improving flexibility and building core strength by combining traditional fitness training, focused breathing and strength building through yoga poses.

Deep Practice:

Focuses on deep strengthening and flexibility thru a series of traditional and esoteric asanas(postures).  Pace is slower than Total Body Yoga, but maintains a challenging level of movement coordinated with breath, mental focus, and internal locks to build internal heat and awaken core energy and strength.  Modifications are provided. Practice is guided toward a natiral state of concentration and meditation.

Vinyasa Mix:

Vinyasa (flowing) series. Intentional movements coordinated with the rhythm of your own breath and flowing, linked postures. Asanas are selected specifically for ease of modification to better compliment a morning routine. The perfect way to start your weekend!
